CLEVELAND, March 15, 2016 – Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity
firm, has acquired an 80% interest in All-American Hose, LLC, a leading provider of hoses and
high-pressure components for firefighting, military and water management customers around the
world.
Based in Union City, Pennsylvania, All-American Hose is the only hose company to make all of
its models in the United States. As one of its core businesses, All-American Hose makes lay-flat
hose for municipal and volunteer fire departments across the country, commanding a large
market share.
All-American Hose is a primary supplier to the U.S. military for uses such as firefighting, fluid
transfer and irrigation, and meeting demands for extreme situations and rapid deployment. AllAmerican
has made more than 800 miles of military-specific fluid-transfer hoses.
All-American’s products have helped energy exploration companies, including oil and shale oil
drillers, and filled a growing global need for water management solutions, including in the
Middle East.
“Firefighters and members of the military have relied on All-American for years, and the
company has been rewarded with a significant share of these markets,” said Steve Rosen, cochief
executive officer of Resilience Capital. “With All-American, we will continue serving
longstanding customers while expanding in areas such as water management, where we can help
countries and organizations lower their costs and preserve scarce resources.”
All-American employs more than 100 workers in three facilities in northwestern Pennsylvania.
