Ki joined Resilience in 2001. His responsibilities include acquisition searches, negotiations, due diligence, financing and operational oversight of portfolio companies.
Prior to Resilience, Ki spent five years working in corporate lending and investment banking at Key Bank. While there, he was involved with a variety of projects, including both Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, as well as troubled company advisory work on both the debtor and creditor side.
Ki serves on the boards of directors for the following Resilience portfolio companies: Penda Corp, CR Brands Corp, Aerospace Product International (API), Affinity Apparel Corp and Porters Group Corp. He is also Vice President for the Cleveland Zoological Society chairing the governance committee and a trustee of The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes, and is a Director for Air Enterprises, Inc.
Ki received his undergraduate degree in History from Wittenberg University, and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Finance.
