Mr. Buckley is most recently the CEO of Federos (which was recently sold to Oracle), and focusses on the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector, including tech-enabled services, software, and high-tech manufacturing companies.

Prior to Federos, he was president and CEO of The Switch Enterprises, LLC, an international provider of managed, private-cloud video production and transmission services. He previously served as President and CEO of ASC Signal Corporation (a Resilience Capital portfolio company), which was a global manufacturer of satellite earth station and other specialty antennas for broadcast, government, military and enterprise communications applications. He also served as President of Trusonic, a digital audio distribution platform, as President and CEO of InSight Telecommunications Corporation, a provider of international content delivery and bandwidth services for online and traditional media companies, and in senior executive positions with other global media services businesses.

He serves on the board of Trialon Corporation. Mr. Buckley holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and Film degree from San Diego State University.
