Jonathan is a seasoned value creator and executive with over 25 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense.

Most recently, he spent 13 years at TransDigm Group Incorporated, a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, systems and subsystems for use on nearly all commercial and military aircraft in service today, where he held a number of roles with increasing responsibility. Including Vice President & Treasurer, Director of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations and Director of Internal Audit.

Among his accomplishments while at TransDigm, Jonathan was responsible for managing over $17 billion of secured and unsecured debt, including raising $4 billion for the acquisition of Esterline Technologies Corporation. Additionally, he directed and coordinated the M&A process from origination through initial integration in 18 successful transactions totaling approximately $4 billion in enterprise value representing 36 principal facilities in 11 countries.

Prior to TransDigm, Jonathan held leadership positions at Aviation Technologies and Crane Aerospace & Electronics. During his career he has been involved not only in sourcing, structuring, negotiations, due diligence and financing but also integration and operational oversight. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University.
