Tom Kimble is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in advanced materials, currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer for Thermal Product Solutions, a Resilience Capital Partners company. His career spans critical industries including semiconductor, aerospace and defense, DARPA programs, and energy markets.

Previously, he held the presidency at LeachGarner (a Berkshire Hathaway company) and served as Global Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Materion Advanced Materials Group. Tom also excelled in various international leadership roles at Honeywell’s Advanced Materials Group, where he led M&A processes and integration initiatives.

A U.S. Army veteran with service in the Infantry and Aviation branches, Tom holds degrees from Eastern Washington University and the University of Notre Dame.
