Paul Zhang comes to Resilience Capital Partners with years’ experience in the area of global sourcing. As director of global sourcing, he manages lighting and hose commodities through RFQ, cost analysis, price negotiation, commodity strategy creation, sourcing recommendation and supplier relationship management, controlling $50M annual spend totally.

Prior to joining Resilience Capital Partners, Paul served as director of sales at Topstar Lighting. He received his sourcing and sales training at Super Lighting and Phillips Machine. His area of expertise is global sourcing with a focus on Asian OEM’s.
Paul maintains active involvement in nonprofit organization and several community service organizations. Currently, he serves on Georgia LEDGE as a board member.

He received his Ph.D. degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and M.S. degree in Management from University of Florida. He also earned M.S. degree in textiles from University of Georgia and M.S. degree in Polymer Chemistry & Physics from USTC and B.E. degree in material physics from ECUST.
