Joe was Chairman & CEO of OM Group, Inc. a diversified industrial metals and mining company, from 2005 to 2015. Prior to that Joe was President & COO of the Sherwin Williams Company.
Joe currently serves on the board of directors of two public companies, Parker Hannifin Corporation and Cintas Corporation where he is Lead Director. In addition, Joe serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Cleveland Clinic and Notre Dame College in South Euclid Ohio.

Mr. Scaminace has an MBA from Case Western University along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Dayton where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1975.
