Ron joined Resilience in 2006 as an operating partner. Ron was promoted to President in 2023. Ron is involved in portfolio company oversight. With his 20 plus years of operations experience (, Ron is responsible for working with the Resilience portfolio company CEOs on developing strategies and execution with the goal of maximizing value.

Ron has served as interim turnaround CEO for many Resilience portfolio companies including Air Enterprises, Composite Technologies of America, WT Hardwoods Group and Lux Global Label/National Label. Ron currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Resilience portfolio company Thermal Products Solutions, Inc.

Prior to joining the firm, Ron spent eight years as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Park-Ohio Holdings Corp (Nasdaq: PKOH). During his career, he has been involved in numerous transactions including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and other mergers and acquisitions, both public and private.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale College and a Judicial Degree from The Yale Law School.
