Monique joined Resilience in 2014 and handles the daily operations of the office which includes providing administrative support to the investment team. Monique is also responsible for handling the processing and organization of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Resilience, she was a Recruiter for Pfizer’s Sales Division and a Personnel Manager for the City of East Cleveland.

Monique is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio and board member of the National Association of Realtors. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
