Rick OrganOperating Partner

    Rick joined Resilience in 2015. He oversees and directs the firm’s aviation investment platform with a focus on maintenance, repair and operations.

    Prior to joining Resilience, Rick was the CEO of two private equity-backed, aviation related businesses: Schneller, a manufacturer of highly engineered flame retardant polymer materials used in interiors of commercial aircraft, which sold to Transdigm Group Inc; and Align Aerospace, a value-added distributor, supply chain manager and 3PL provider of assembly hardware for A&D OEMs, which sold to AVIC International.

    Prior to joining the aviation business, Rick held a number of senior level leadership positions across a variety of industries including Vice President, Strategy and Development for the Valvoline Company; Managing Director, Key Corp Investment Banking; Chief Financial Officer, The Horsburgh & Scott Co.; and Senior Manager, Ernst & Young Consulting.

    Rick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
